Professional Hairdresser is a side project started in May 2024 as a personal ‘album a month’ challenge.
Somehow, it’s proven pretty popular! Albums/related projects veer from triphop to black metal.
Cardboard Dead Boy is Wayne’s main project. It’s industrial/glitch electronica, often with a big ol’ slab of jazz thrown in.
He’s done two split EPs with Dirt Chamber, an Iowa-based noise musician, and as of May 2025 is working on new solo albums.
Remnants of the Midnight Church is Old Testament krautrock. Expect jazz drums, angular guitars and retro synths.
